Zach Berry was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky. He attended Trinity High School, where he was Senior Class President and a First-team All-State basketball player.
Zach played basketball in college at Kennesaw State University and Georgetown College. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Georgetown College with a nearly perfect GPA (3.94 GPA) and received his J.D. from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and top ten in his class.
Zach’s practice focuses on personal injury law where he represents people who have been injured by the negligence or recklessness of others. He is an associate with Brian E. Clare, who has handled personal injury cases for nearly 30 years, and with his father, John M. Berry, who has practiced criminal law for nearly 40 years. Zach’s mother, Dolly Wisman Berry, has served as a Jefferson County Family Court Judge since 2004.
In Zach’s free time, he serves as the lawyer, member of the board, and proud sponsor of Super Student Athletes (SSA), a non-profit organization founded by local influence Mario Urrutia. Zach also serves as a member of the Trinity High School Alumni Board.

Brian E. Clare
