Meet Zach Berry, Attorney at Law
At Zach Berry Injury Law, we have been helping people whose lives have been impacted by the negligent or recklessness of others since the day we opened our doors. Our goal is to protect the rights of our clients and fight for the compensation they are due so they can focus on recovering.
Zach Berry was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky. Practicing law is in his blood, both of his parents have had long and successful careers in the legal field. His father John M. Berry had a perfect 32-0 record as a prosecuting attorney, where he never lost a single jury trial. His dad later moved into private practice where he had great success defending clients in their criminal charges for nearly 40 years. Zach’s mother, Dolly Wisman Berry, served as a Jefferson County Family Court Judge from 2004 until she retired in 2018.
Zach attended Trinity High School where he was senior class president. During his time at Trinity Zach was a member of the basketball team and was selected as a First-team All-state basketball player.
Zach graduated Summa Cum Laude from Georgetown College with a BA in Political Science. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and top ten in his class. Following graduation, he started Zach Berry Injury Law to fight against the insurance companies and protect those who deserve to be protected. Unlike the large law firms, Zach handles every case personally. He is dedicated to giving every client the attention and respect that they deserve during this difficult period in their lives. In 2018, Zach was awarded as one of the Top 10 attorneys in the nation under 40 by the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys.
In Zach’s free time, he serves as the lawyer, member of the board, and proud sponsor of Super Student Athletes (SSA), a non-profit organization. Zach also serves as a member of the Trinity High School Alumni Board.
